Acupuncture for Musculoskeletal Injury (2nd Edition)

The book introduces the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnostic highlights, syndrome differentiation and treatment, selection of acupuncture points and therapeutic methods for 69 kinds of musculoskeletal injuries with commentary, acupuncture points and clinical explanations. It also records the manipulation and needling technique as well as the course of treatment. The final part describes the therapeutic efficacy, treatment time for the disease and modifications. It not only introduces empirical therapeutic schemes of acupuncture and moxibustion, but also discusses the external application of Chinese medicinals for the diseases that do not respond well to acupuncture therapy. It is a real pragmatic reference book for clinical acupuncturists.
